Both plans include unlimited users. Monthly pricing is 20 × €5 for Core or 20 × €7.50 for Plus, excluding tax. Plus replaces Core; it is not an extra subscription on top. Marketing is a planned add-on at €2.50 per property per month, which would add €50 for 20 properties at launch.
Compare the same commitment, scope and portfolio size. Keep advertising budgets, messaging fees and payment processing separate from software prices.

Smoobu publishes a calculator with different plans and commitments. Enter your volumes, verify any plan-specific fees and save a dated quote. Its website and direct booking engine may matter to your decision: Keyful’s direct booking product is still in preparation.
Test the procedure that takes the most coordination
A useful test crosses several steps: a booking arrives, a task is created and the team is notified. Check the trigger, responsible person, result and failure path.
With Plus, actions in your applications can form a visible workflow. Choose the accounts, inspect parameters and test before enabling it. Personal inboxes remain private; service inboxes are shared explicitly. Ask every provider to demonstrate permissions and recovery.
Prepare migration before disconnecting your current system
Keep an export, check listing identifiers and compare sample bookings, amounts and dates. If you use dynamic pricing, identify the system that owns rates. Importing data is different from switching channel connectivity.
