Start with the day, not a complicated rollout
With ten properties, a few overlapping arrivals are enough to mix up messages and cleaning. One calendar and property-linked instructions provide a starting point. Core brings those essentials together for €50 per month for ten properties, excluding tax.
Connect the tools without adding copy and paste
Plus connects email, calendars, WhatsApp and procedures. Invite your team without per-user billing. Share service inboxes with the right permissions. Personal accounts stay private by default.
Repeat a reliable procedure instead of a chain of reminders
Start with one clear use case: tomorrow’s arrivals briefing or notifying an owner when a task is created. Describe the outcome to Ocho, inspect the steps and test with a control account. A useful automation has a result and a failure path you can understand.
