How is Keyful different from a traditional PMS?
Keyful connects stays with the work around them: messages, email, calendars, tasks and procedures. Arrange the workspace and approval steps around your team.
How much does Keyful cost?
Core costs €5 per property per month. Plus costs €7.50 per property per month and adds email, calendars, WhatsApp and automations. Both include unlimited users. Core includes 20 Ocho requests per property per month. Marketing is a planned add-on at €2.50 per property per month. All prices exclude tax.
Can I try Keyful if I already use Hostaway?
Yes. Connect your existing source to bring available data into Keyful. Direct booking-channel connections require a setup suited to your portfolio. We review your situation before changing distribution.
Can my team see my personal inbox?
It stays private by default. You choose which service inboxes to share, who gets access and who may send.
Can I control my automations?
You define accessible accounts and authorized procedures. Workflows can be inspected and tested before activation. Actions requiring confirmation remain subject to that approval.
Do I need Keyful Cleaning to coordinate cleaning?
No. Cleaning coordination is included in Core and Plus. Keyful Cleaning is a separate product at €29 per company per month, excluding tax, for cleaning companies needing their own workspace.
